Wild Saffron Goes Greek for the Santos Tour Down Under Street Party on the 16th of January.
We will have the stall to be at – Wild Saffron Goes Greek with Clare Valley flavours:
Choice of Savannah lamb or Greenslades Chicken Yiros with spiced Hummous, tabouli and tzatziki on grilled pita
Skewered sumac spiced prawns on Greek style salad (Gluten Free)
Chocolate Brownies / Byron Bay Biscuits
Bird in Hand Bubbles, Tim Adams Pinot Gris, Jim Barry Silly Mid On and Crabtree Rose plus a red (if its cold) and Beer.
