Join us at the Clare Valley Races

Wild Saffron will whet your appetite at the Clare Valley Races this weekend. We’re catering in the pavilion on Saturday, April 7 for Clare’s popular Easter race day. Here’s what’s on the menu: 

  • Chicken roulade with apricot and cous cous stuffing
  • Sliced leg ham with chutney
  • Vegetable quiche
  • Prawn and pasta salad with curried mayo
