If you have a small group and just a little time to spare, a lunch gathering during the week at Wild Saffron might be just what you’re looking for. You can choose from our everyday menu or talk to us about creating a specialised menu.

Evening celebration

With a minimum of 25 people, you can make Wild Saffron your own for one night. Our talented chef Louise Haines has created mouth-watering menus and you’ll receive a complimentary glass of champagne or beer on arrival. Don’t forget, we are fully licensed and offer a great range of Clare Valley wines.

If you have another location in mind, let us take care of the catering. We have plenty of options from cheese and chicken platters, baguettes and wraps to scrumptious sushi, finger sandwiches and sweets.

Clare wild for Make-A-Wish

Wild Saffron hosted a fantastic Girls Night Out on Monday, August 27 to raise money for Make-A-Wish, a charity organisation that grants wishes to seriously ill children and their families.

Kath Cooper, who will run in the City t0 Bay fun run in September, organised the night in memory of Clare boy Kai Palmer, who sadly passed away a little more than a year ago. Kai and his family went to SeaWorld thanks to Make-A-Wish, a family holiday that the Palmers will always treasure.

The night was a great chance for locals to catch up and also see presentations from Thermomix and Chefs Toolbox, as well as view the latest products from Mango Ink and Mickelloo Designs.

Wishing for a Girls Night Out?

You’re in luck…Wild Saffron is hosting a Girls Night Out on Monday, August 26.

Kath Pratt is organising the event to support Make-A-Wish in memory of Kai Palmer, a Clare boy who sadly passed away more than a year ago.

The night will feature demonstrations by Thermomix, Mickelloo Designs (jewellery), Chefs Toolbox and Mango Ink (photo books). Tickets cost $30 for dinner and drinks, so get a group of girls together and come along for a fun night, in aid of a great cause.

Spice it up

Come into Wild Saffron to stock up on your favourite Herbie’s Spices. If you haven’t tried them before, now is the time! Our expert chef Louise highly recommends the Herbie’s Spices blends, which are pre-mixed ready for cooking. Throw them in as you’re sautéing your onion in olive oil to liven up your dishes. The Tagine Spice Blend is one to look out for. Don’t hesitate to ask our staff for advice; we’re more than happy to share our tips. This region’s beloved Clare Valley Gourment Weekend is just around the corner and at Wild Saffron, we’re excited to once again be part of the fun!

We’ve teamed up with Eldredge Vineyards, at their picture-perfect venue near Spring Gully Road, to bring you the tastes of Mexico and South America. We’re exploring smoky and spicy flavours using local pork, beef, chicken and Spencer Gulf seafood. Team our delicious gourmet food with Eldredge’s award-winning wines and entertainment by Danny Hooper and you’ve got a great afternoon covered!

Open between 10 am and 4 pm

By the way, we’re serving cheese platters for dessert and will offer vegetarian options. Hope to see you there!

Have a Freckleberry Easter

FreckleberryBunnyFreckleberry’s Easter chocolates have arrived at Wild Saffron. Come in store to stock up on the Freckle Easter bunnies and eggs, not to mention the chocolate-covered freeze-dried strawberries. Yum!

We’re also taking orders for Burra Bakery Hot Cross Buns, ready for pick up on Thursday, March 28 (just before the Easter long weekend) or Easter Saturday. We think they’re the best hot cross buns in the land!
